Black Bean Quinoa

Turns out I've already blogged about my black bean quinoa dish. Click HERE to see it.
Just omit the sugar. It's just a teaspoon and it makes no difference in the taste :) Also, it's good in a whole wheat tortilla. I still totally prefer chips, but ya know...gotta sacrifice to get this faux baby belly off of me
