My blood pressure the other day was 121/86

Well I'll be! Turns out working out like a raging bull actually works for your insides.


  1. Everything you are doing for yourself is sooooo positive and talking about it is a great way to reinforce your mission. When you see a McCrappy, Katy, run ! (Just like Forrest did!) You've created a pile of bad habits....but they can be kicked and you are well on your way! You Go Girl!!
