4:30 came way to early this morning. I didn't get to bed until about 9:30 and for a girl who thrives on 10 hrs of sleep a night (and gets by with 8) 7 hrs was a little tough. I've found you've just got to get up right when the alarm goes off. Rip it off like a bandaid. I'm the queen of snooze, so this is really turning over a new leaf.
The workout this morning was good, but not great. I was sluggish and tired and when we were done and on the way home I was still sluggish and tired. Fortunately, I had a dentist appt this morning at 8:30 which meant no getting to work @ 7:00. We came home, I showered quickly and slept for another hour and a half. Ahhh, warm beds!
My teeth hurt.
On a positive note. We've decided to reward ourselves with something every week. This past weekend scott bought an orange pullover to wear for warmth to the gym. I wanted one of those light workout jackets as well, but most of them run anywhere between $50-$75. I just can't justify spending that much. I found one at target today for like $30 and it's pretty cute. The cut is flattering and it's comfortable It's a stretch fabric. I guess it's not the best for warmth considering the general temps in the morning are in the teens, but all for fashion, right?
