Guess what, my legs don't even hurt!
Between waking up at 4:30 to workout then doing a second workout in the evening, I was beat and falling asleep on the couch at 8:30. I told scott I had to go up to bed and he said he'd be up in a minute. By the time he got up to bed I had already fallen asleep (in like 2 minutes.) I know this because his footsteps up the stairs woke me up.
Today I feel rested and ready to make this a great day. Bring it, BFL!!!
