I started practicing yoga back in 2000. I was thin and strong. And still there were a LOT of poses I couldn't do. Not even close.
I've been practicing bakasana (crow pose) for 11 freekin years and have failed at it every single time.
UNTIL YESTERDAY
I finally got off the ground.
Yoga isn't about achieving the perfect form. It isn't about being able to do the physical postures. But wow it really felt great!
I learned that even if you can't do something you've been trying for eleven YEARS, doesn't mean you'll never get it.
Wow. Respect!
