Half way through-Where are you?

We are at about the half way mark...week 6 out of 12! Lately, my motivation has gone into hiding, and although it's starting to peak its head out again, I'm really in no position to give any amazing insight or inspiring speach.

The truth is, weight loss is easy and very hard. We all know what we need to do, we just have to want to do it, and then DO it!

This first 6 weeks for me as been lame. I'm going to make the last 6 better.

    I am not ammune to this advice either. I had a birthday bacon, bleu-cheese burger with sweet potato fries. I ate it all. ALL.

  5. you know what really sucks!! i lost weight. and then i had to go into the hospital and the iv and surgery put all my weight back on even though it liquid weight it is discouraging. so i have a feeling my last 6 weeks are going to be lame
