That was not what I was planning to do when I've started going to the gym :) My trainer has really helped me by telling a lot about the importance of propoer nutrition and by giving advices on how to improve it. Now I am trying to make my food as rich in nutrients as possible. Still, our everyday life sometimes does not allow receiving all vitamins and minerals from the food we take. Besides, after workouts our muscles need special support in order to recover properly. I was advised to take Second Wind by Military Grade. This is new post-workout supplement, which supports muscle recovery without any trauma. Now I am feeling better and stronger than ever before.Gwennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7192090302768800651.post-17057874918558432072012-10-18T04:36:13.219-06:002012-10-18T04:36:13.219-06:00I think mostly people face this types of problem. ...I think mostly people face this types of problem. They eat about ...Have you ever watch biggest loser? They eat about 1500-1800 cals a day and the work out 6-8 hours everday...and some weeks they lose zero. The body is weird. That's why they say don't focus on the scale. Especially not over one week, sometimes the next week you lose more than normal.

You said on week 3, is your period due soon? Sometimes I GAIN the week before because I am retaining more water... it all goes away after.... i find it better to watch the scale (i like seeing a graph over time) but i find clothes that don't fit and try them on every so often.

Okay i'm starting to ramble, but my point is, there's hardly anyone that loses consistently each week. As long as you are not stuck losing nothing for 3 consecutive weeks (in which case i second, go see a doctor) you're find. Remember you want your weight to TREND down, but it might have little hills and valleys on the way. :)

Goof job anyway!Mimihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06236659538253044231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7192090302768800651.post-24943023401550620402012-07-19T18:00:38.930-06:002012-07-19T18:00:38.930-06:00Sounds like you're doing things exactly right!...Sounds like you're doing things exactly right! Just keep it up. If you don't start losing again, see a doc. But i am sure after a couple more weeks you will see the scale start moving again!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14815407660365883762noreply@blogger.com
