At least that's what I strive for. I don't know if I will ever get there. It seems like I'm always one Oreo away from disaster.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03886118922152862471noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7192090302768800651.post-10559293661279478192010-04-19T23:13:46.289-06:002010-04-19T23:13:46.289-06:00I think a lot like you. I am to the point that I make myself eat nasty tasting food (while not that unhealthy, just not the most flavored and delicious foods) just so that I don't want to eat it anymore. (It's the same philosophy as the anti-drinking pill, so that you puke your guts out if you even have a drop of it.) I have not bought any groceries or been to any restaurants in over 2 weeks. I haven't even bought any oreos in a month! I eat only what is left in my pantry. You could say that I would rather puke than eat any of it. My portion sizes have definitely decreased and it is helping a lot with the weight loss. I just hope I don't rebound when I start buying food again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7192090302768800651.post-89839323345936116012010-04-19T14:15:19.982-06:002010-04-19T14:15:19.982-06:00Uh for the record? And that makes me wonder what my boyfriend would do in similar situations.

I am definitely attached to food in an unhealthy way. Personally, I'm tired of thinking about food all the damn time - even if I'm within my points/calorie limits, I'm still thinking about how many f--ing points/calories I have left.

I just want it to be intuitive and easy. And I think for that to be the case, I really have to take the attachment away from the food.Happy Fun Pantshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16764438670187538319noreply@blogger.com
